Leonard and his team are an outstanding group of people who care about their customers and make sure that the customer’s needs are met first and foremost. We have used Leonard for a number of years both professionally and at our home. Over the years, having replaced the occasional part or two in our furnace, it came to the point where we realized that the currently installed unit was becoming unreliable. Leonard explained that the installed unit was overpowered for the home and was neither effective or efficient. He explained why this was the case in a clear and easy to understand manner. When we made the decision to install a new unit his team were fast and efficient and great value for money. Included was a 1 year follow up service to make sure everything is correctly set and working to our satisfaction. This includes the cooking as well as the heating system. Would highly recommend him and his team!
